Care & Use Instructions

First Use – Seasoning

  1. Fill 1/3 of the wok with oil and heat gently for 5 minutes
  2. Turn off the heat and discard the oil
  3. Wipe the inner surface thoroughly with a paper towel
  4. Repeat every few weeks for optimal seasoning and performance

Routine Conditioning (Before Every Use)

  • Apply a small amount of oil to the entire cooking surface
  • Heat until lightly smoking, then pour off excess oil
  • Ready to cook

Cleaning

  • Wash with warm water and a gentle sponge or fiber brush
  • Dry immediately after washing to prevent moisture damage
  • Lightly oil before storing, especially after boiling or steaming

Important Precautions

  • Never heat the wok empty over high heat
  • Do not pour cold water on a hot pan
  • Keep wooden handles away from open flame
