All orders include free standard shipping across the United Kingdom.

All orders placed before 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed starting the next business day. Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday ) after payment confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

Once processing is complete, a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

Order Transit Time

Delivery typically takes  2–7 business days  (Monday to Friday )after dispatch.

Some products may take longer depending on supplier location or item type.

You can track your order using the tracking details provided once your parcel has shipped.

Free standard shipping applies to all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking details are emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within 6 business days, please contact us at contact@mustard.shop.

If you cannot find your confirmation or tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.

Do not accept delivery if the parcel appears damaged.

If your item is damaged or defective, please email clear  photos  to  contact@mustard.shop  within   5  days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Address Changes

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations or address changes cannot be made.

Unexpected Delays
