Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

3. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing contact@mustard.shop. After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
