Crafted in the metalworking heart of Tsubamesanjo, Japan, the Unilloy Enamel-Coated Cast Iron Casserole masterfully blends traditional Japanese craftsmanship with innovative lightweight design. Unlike typical cast iron cookware, this casserole is half the weight—making it effortless to lift, manoeuvre, and clean, without sacrificing the exceptional heat retention and even cooking performance cast iron is known for.
Available in 20cm (3.0L) or 22cm (3.8L) sizes, it’s perfect for baking, roasting, stewing, sautéing, and serving directly at the table. The enamel coating provides a naturally rust-resistant, easy-to-clean surface, while the precision-pour rim ensures smooth, drip-free serving. The lid features a steam-retaining ridged interior that locks in flavour, nutrients, and moisture—perfect for slow-cooked dishes.
