Designed in collaboration with Japanese Knife Company (JKC) and expertly crafted in Seki, Japan, the Yasuo Black 210mm Gyuto is a professional-grade chef’s knife made to handle the demands of daily kitchen use with style and strength.

This Gyuto blade is forged from 69 layers of Damascus steel with a VG10 stainless steel core. It offers excellent edge retention, easy sharpening, and high resistance to wear. The matte Damascus finish flows elegantly into the darker grey edge, providing a striking aesthetic that matches its performance.

Cold forging increases the toughness of the blade, while the ultra-thin core allows for effortless sharpening over years of use. The double-bevelled, half tang design ensures control and stability, while the natural black Pakkawood handle is durable, moisture-resistant, and shaped for comfort and balance.
