1. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within  1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently, we deliver only within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email within 24 hours of dispatch.
If you haven’t received your tracking details after 6 business days, please contact us at   contact@mustard.shop.

6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel, email   contact@mustard.shop  with  your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may return the item after delivery.

8. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within  30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return labels are included and are free of charge.

9. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
