1. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details.
2. How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery across the United Kingdom typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier location, or courier performance.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders include free standard shipping throughout the United Kingdom — no minimum purchase required.
4. Do you deliver outside the UK?
At this time, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not currently available.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status. If you haven’t received your tracking details after 6 business days, please contact us at contact@mustard.shop.
6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, do not accept it.
If damage is noticed after delivery, please email clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to contact@mustard.shop within 5 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped yet. To cancel, email contact@mustard.shop with your order number. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can return the item after delivery.
8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Return labels are included in your package and free of charge.
9. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.
